Signal Point Canada Announces Joint Venture Agreement, TraceAbility Solutions Corp (August, 2002)

Signal Point Canada Inc. (a member of Signal Point International Ltd.) is pleased to announce a joint venture agreement with TraceAbility Solutions Corp. (TASC), located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Signal Point will provide co-marketing, project solutioning, and project management services for TASC ’s namesake product line: the TraceAbility® Solution Series™.

Robert Laporte, General Manager of TASC . said “We are impressed with Signal Point’s international reach as well as their intimate knowledge of the highly competitive steel and metals industry. Their past association with our products was an encouraging reason for an alliance, a natural aid to meeting our corporate objectives.” TASC provides unique quality assurance document management software for the the metals industry to more than a hundred fabricators, service centres, and distributors across North America.
