Signal Point Canada Announces Co-Marketing Agreement with Securac Inc.

Edmonton, Alberta - November 2002

Signal Point™ Canada Inc. (a member company of Signal Point International Ltd.) is pleased to announce a co-marketing agreement with Securac Inc. ("Securac") of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Signal Point will co-market, deploy, and assist with product development efforts of Securac's enterprise risk assessment software - RiskWatch™. Signal Point will offer and deploy RiskWatch throughout all geographies within which the corporation operates (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and the United States). Signal Point will also assist with future product development efforts of the RiskWatch product line.
